Shops

Remember that shops are not open on a Sunday. Essentials can be arranged at cost via our Housekeeper Ursula. Please contact us for details.

There is a mini-market at Leverburgh and also some small shops in Tarbert including a butcher.  Flodabay Farm on the East side of the island now deliver free range produce to your door.  In addition it is also often possible to obtain locally caught fresh seafood.

A larger range of shops and some larger supermarkets can be found in Stornoway.   Skye also has a couple of Co-Op supermarkets (Broadford and Portree) which you will pass if you are taking the ferry from Uig.
