How to get to Harris and àilean
Direct ferry to the Isle of Harris is provided by Caledonian MacBrayne services from Uig in Skye to Tarbert. CalMac also provide ferry services from Ullapool to Stornoway and through the Uists to the south. There are regular flights to Stornoway airport from Aberdeen, Edinburgh, Glasgow and Inverness.
Borve is 13 miles drive South on the A859 from Tarbert which takes around 25 minutes.
